STAPCO's Perma-San® Model BF-100 Ball Flush Valves are widely recognized for the ease of removal and disassembly for cleaning attributed to a sanitary, single clamp design and a minimum number of parts.  BF-100 valves are machined from solid 316 S.S. bar stock with a highly polished finish.  They feature a flush seal with the inside bottom of the tank and minimum internal clearances to prevent product entrapment.  These valves have a straight through opening and can be operated manually or with pneumatic actuators.

Flush Valves

STAPCO's line of Perma-San® sanitary flush valves are designed to seal off the tank outlet opening flush with the inside surface of the tank.  All valves are machined from 316 S.S. bar stock with crevice-free, beautifully polished inside and outside surfaces.  Valves employ a triple O-ring design for complete sterility and sealing even with repeated opening and closing.

P-35-SC

The P-35-SC valves employ a sanitary clamp type attachment and valve outlet.  These valves are widely used in the food, cosmetic and fine chemical industries.

Sizes: 1 1/2", 2", 2 1/2" and 3"
