SE-75-RS and PG Series

Belt Driven to achieve 660 RPM output speed with a sturdy 3/4" solid bar shaft this unit is best suited for mixing of flowable liquids ranging to 10,000 Cps viscosity to 500 gallon capacity range.  As with all side entering mixers it is recommended that the products mixed are non-abrasive to provide maximum seal performance.  This unit is available with STAPCO's specially formed marine style propellers in 6", 8" and 10" sizes to handle a wide variety of mixing applications.

This Belt Driven unit to achieve 660 RPM output speed with its solid 1" diameter shaft is primarily used for a wide variety of mixing applications.  Typically flowable non-abrasive liquids ranging to 10,000 Cps viscosity.  This unit is available with STAPCO's specially formed marine style 12" diameter propeller only, and will provide a considerable amount of agitation for batch sizes from 500 to 1,200 gallon capacity range.

Like the SE-75 and SE-100 Mixers this unit is Belt Driven to provide 390-590 RPM output.  With its rugged 1 1/4" diameter shaft and STAPCO's specially formed marine style propellers in 12", 14", 16" and even 18" sizes, make this unit ideal for mixing of non-abrasive flowable liquids from 1,000 to 5,000 gallon range.

RS Rotary Seal denoted with the suffix-RS, the rotary seal employs a graphite seal on the shaft inside the tank, driven and tensioned by an elastometric seal cushion.  As with all rotary seals it is recommended that the seal be used in a Non-Abrasive process to maximize seal longevity.

Packing Gland

PG Packing Gland series of agitators employs a conventional packing gland and follower assembly around the shaft outside of the tank.  The seal is easily adjusted and maintained without entering the tank.  Both the RS and PG are available with a choice of seals to best suit the production application.
