Jacketed Tanks

STAPCO offers a wide range of tank models and sizes, including jacketed vessels for heating and cooling.

Heavy gauge stainless steel is used to form the tank and jacket to ensure maximum heating and cooling transfer. Forming methods allow the jacketed surface to be applied to flat, curved and dished areas to best serve the process.

Optional 2" high quality fiberglass insulation with a polished stainless steel outer case can enhance the heating/cooling process, the appearance and offer personnel protection from hot surface temperatures.

Jacketed models are fabricated under Section VIII, Div. I of the ASME code and registered with the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors. Each unit is tested and inspected by an ASME representative prior to shipment and carries the appropriate stamp certifying pressure and temperature, depending on type of material and thickness.

Pressure Tanks

In addition to the jacketed tanks, STAPCO also has the capabilities to provide tanks rated for internal pressure and vacuum to further meet your manufacturing requirements. Models and sizes are available based on individual pressure / vacuum and temperature requirements.

Code Stamped Pressure tanks are fabricated per Section VIII, Div. I, of the ASME code and registered with the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessels Inspectors. Each tank will be inspected by an authorized ASME representative and name plated in accordance with the appropriate design conditions.
